  Ontario overall is a blend. The smaller towns/cities as you go west are more Midwestern in feel but towns in eastern Ontario like Kingston feel a bit more like Upstate New York/Pennsylvania to me. Toronto is also a blend in my opinion but leans more towards the New York State.
